Located on the Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights, Grandview Title is the successor to Stewart Title Agency of Bergen County.  For 40 years this agency has been committed to giving our customers the most efficient and accurate service available in today's market.

Grandview Title has the ability to underwrite title with two great companies: Westcor Land Title Insurance company and Fidelity National Insurance company. Our relationships allow us greater flexibility and options to service our attorney-clients, lenders and multi-million dollar transactions.

Grandview Title is a full-service title agency. We have two full-time attorneys on staff to handle your closings, disburse proceeds, or prepare your Settlement Statements. Each of our senior staff has over 25 years experience in the title insurance and title  closing business

Wayne A. Stahlmann, Esq.

President

Wayne has been the President, Title Officer and Settlement Agent of the agency since 1993. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond Law School and has been practicing real estate law for over 40 years.

Christine A. LaFaso

VP and Chief Title Office

Christine is Vice President and Chief Title Officer.  She brings over 35 years of title experience to her daily preparation of title commitments and amend letters.

Jennifer Y. Forrest

Licensed Title Officer

Jennifer is a licensed Title Officer in charge of processing new orders and issuing final title policies.  She has over 20 years experience in the title industry and has been with this agency since 2007

Ronald Jacobs

VP Sales & Marketing

Ron is Vice President in charge of Sales and Marketing.  He also brings over 40 years of experience in the title insurance business.

Lorin A. Liva, Esq.

Licensed Title Officer

Lorin is a 2012 graduate of the Nova Southeastern Law School and a member of the New Jersey and Florida bar associations. She is a licensed Title Officer and experienced Title Closer and Settlement Agent.

Maria Sandberg

Settlement State Officer

Maria prepares HUD- I settlement statements and is an expert at pre and post closing package preparation.  She has been in the real estate law and title business for over 25 years.
